The Legislative Assembly of a municipality in Rio Grande do Sul carried out a comprehensive modernization project of its network infrastructure and Data Centers, focusing on security, performance, and scalability.

The project included the deployment of a new optical backbone and the complete upgrade of two Data Centers—primary and backup—now supported by a robust structure with over 500 optical fibers interconnecting critical environments.

The entire network was redesigned using high-performance Lightera solutions, ensuring stable connectivity, optimized management, and support for the demands of an institutional environment that requires maximum availability and information security.

With the new infrastructure, the Assembly is prepared for future technological challenges, with a solid, scalable, and sustainable foundation for expanding its digital systems and services.
