Helbor Magnifique Condominium

The Helbor Magnifique Condominium, located in the central region of Joinville, SC, consists of three 18-story towers with two apartments per floor, housing over 100 families and providing nearly 350 parking spaces. To ensure comprehensive security and access control, a professional video monitoring project was developed.

The project included 79 strategically distributed cameras covering social and service entrances, halls, corridors, underground garages, elevators, and outdoor areas. For corridors and narrow passages, Bullet cameras with Corridor Format were used to optimize bandwidth and storage by adjusting the image aspect ratio. In outdoor areas, day/night cameras with P-Iris lenses ensure high image quality and wide coverage, even across large spaces.

The solution combined Ethernet cabling throughout the installation with a wireless system for the elevators, maintaining image clarity. The monitoring center allows for 24-hour surveillance, ensuring security for residents, employees, and service providers, while providing precise information on movement and occurrences within the complex.

As a result, Helbor Magnifique became one of the first examples of a residential condominium in Brazil to feature a professional Full HD video monitoring system, combining technology, full coverage, and centralized management for the maximum safety and peace of mind of its residents.
