With over 8 years of operation, Schulze Recuperação de Crédito is recognized for efficiency and innovation in customer service. To expand its operations and add 750 new workstations to its call center, the company adopted Laserway GPON technology, becoming a pioneer in Joinville – SC in deploying this solution.
The project involved full integration of data, voice, video, and security systems, including structured cabling, telephony, corporate wireless network, access control, and video monitoring. With the 100% optical Laserway solution, it was possible to simplify infrastructure, reducing the need for technical rooms, cable trays, and extensive cabling, while ensuring high capacity and reliability for critical operations.
The deployment included racks, brackets, ONUs, and OLTs, as well as more than 1,200 meters of optical fiber, connecting 548 network points and ensuring redundancy and superior performance. As a result, Schulze replaced its legacy infrastructure with a modern, scalable, and future-ready network.
The solution delivered high-performance connectivity, reduced complexity, and full readiness for expansion—positioning the call center as one of the most advanced in the country.
