Granolab / Granotec

A benchmark in food technology, Granolab/Granotec required a network infrastructure capable of supporting the growth of its new facility in Araucária – PR, while ensuring high-performance connectivity for all critical systems.

To meet this demand, DCA implemented the Laserway solution—a 100% optical fiber infrastructure—delivering a highly scalable multiservice network prepared for future expansion. With more than 300 network points already installed, the solution enables fast and simple expansion, connecting surveillance cameras, computers, Wi-Fi routers, industrial equipment, and access control systems through a single unified infrastructure.

This Lightera technology provides a clean and efficient network, reducing the number of active devices and lowering energy consumption, while also decreasing operational, maintenance, and infrastructure costs. The implementation also enabled the creation of an optical fiber ring between the factory and the administrative building, ensuring redundancy and high communication reliability—essential for critical operations and for showcasing the company’s technological excellence.
