Cooperative – Western Paraná Region

The cooperative from Western Paraná implemented advanced video monitoring solutions to optimize the control of truck entry and exit across its weighing stations.

The project aimed to streamline and simplify the weighing process, ensuring greater accuracy, security, and traceability in logistics operations. DCA’s role included the proper design and distribution of cameras, as well as the configuration of features tailored to each weighing station’s specific requirements.

At each location, cameras with intelligent facial recognition and license plate recognition (LPR) capabilities were installed, enabling automated control, real-time monitoring, and reliable recording of each operation. With more than 175 cameras strategically deployed, the cooperative now benefits from an integrated view of its entire logistics flow—reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and enhancing operational security.

The solution delivered greater efficiency, reliability, and agility, transforming the weighing process into a modern, secure, and fully technology-driven operation.
